Sly TubeJet® dust collectors offer on-line cleaning with a steady pressure drop. Bag changes are exceptionally easy with our "no tools required " design. We offer a full range of collector designs and media choices to solve the toughest pollution control problems involving high temperatures, pressures and corrosives. Capacities to 200,000+ CFM.
TubeJet pulse jet dust collectors are easy to install. They come complete with a factory installed timer with conduit and wired solenoids, and factory installed air header and pulse valves complete with tubing. Rugged construction is standard. All-welded fabrication for operation to ±20" WG (rectangular models); 11 gauge, 12 vertical wire cages are standard. Top and side bag models are available.
For demanding high pressure/high vacuum applications, we offer two styles of cylindrical dust collectors: top and side dust collector bag designs. Each features all welded construction for up to 14.7 psi. Explosion containment or ASME code designs are available.

Specially engineered Opti-Pulse™ venturi pulse system maximizes energy release …provides more uniform dust release. Cleans all of the cartridge, including the hard-to-clean cartridge tops which are not cleaned by conventional pulse systems.
Plus, the PleatJet II is loaded with standard features that you would probably pay extra for with other collectors.
Sly Pactecon dust collectors offer air pollution control advantages only available with envelope bags: low headroom, outside bag removal and compact overall size. Additional advantages are continuous operation with off-line cleaning, and downflow design which leads to long bag life. Easy installation; bags shipped installed. Capacities to 100,000+ CFM.
Envelope bag designs still offer advantages for dust collection: with 22 sq. ft. of cloth per bag, they offer twice the collection area of tubular bags. Energy consumption is less because 16 oz. polyester felt requires less air energy to clean than tubular bags.
Sly Impinjet scrubbers clean, cool and absorb odors, vapors and gases as well as collect particulates. High collection efficiencies (98+% @5 microns) are achieved with low water consumption and minimum pressure drop. Capacities to 200,000+ CFM.
Highly resistant to fouling, the Impinjet Scrubber is the ideal scrubber for applications requiring both absorption and particulate removal.
Constructed in either metal or plastic, each scrubber stage acts as a discreet fractional collector. Multiple stage scrubber designs are available to maximize efficiencies.
The Sly Venturi Scrubber efficiently collects fine particulate and mists. Scrubbing liquid is atomized into fine droplets. Adjustable throats for performance optimization are standard. Capacities to 100,000+ CFM.
Designs are available for high temperature, highly corrosive applications. Venturis can be coupled with Impinjet scrubbers to achieve maximum efficiencies.
Eductor scrubbers are designed to remove soluble gases and particulate by inducing a gas flow using high pressure liquid focussed into a venturi throat. Additionally, eductor scrubbers can be used for direct-contact condensation.
A high liquid flow rate makes the Sly eductor particularly appropriate for collection of sticky and/or gummy particulate, as well as gases which decompose upon contact with water, such as SiCl4 and H2SiF6.
Whether you're loading or stacking bulk materials, Sly makes a spout that will handle any dry material you need to move. Sly spouts are ideal for radial stacking or loading into railroad cars, trucks, ships, barges, containers and barrels. Sly bulk material loading spouts let you move powdered chemicals, cements, grain products, sand, gravel, coal or any other dry bulk materialówithout dust.
Internal Stacking Cones Give Maximum Flexibility, Maximum Clearance
Sly bulk material spouts make clearance problems a thing of the past. Internal stacking cones telescope for maximum flexibility when loading, and maximum clearance when not in use. Standard cones are 5/16" seamless molded polyethylene. Optional 3/16" abrasion-resistant steel, or 304/316 stainless steel cones are available.
