For handling dusty powders, non-free flowing or hygroscopic materials, VAC-U-MAX flared Tube Receivers really perform. Practically any material that will fit through the inlet can be discharged from the straight-sided tube receiver with full opening valve. Rapid discharge rate minimizes non conveying time, providing higher transfer rates. Vacuum operation allows material to be drawn directly from containers or process vessel outlets, eliminating messy and backbreaking dumping or scooping. With no angular surfaces where material can bridge or hang up, material discharges fast and without flow aids.
A multi-filter arrangement on the receiver prevents carryover of material to the power unit and insures that all transferred material is delivered to the process. Pulse-jet filter cleaning is standard on all multi-filter units.
VAC-U-MAX Tube Receivers are designed to provide easy and quick interchange of filter assemblies, material inlets. Quick acting clamps simplify the customizing of units to specific needs and facilitate disassembly for cleaning and service.
